EXPERIENCE MEETS
INNOVATION.

A deep background in construction and development, now focused on the future of scalable housing using ICON’s advanced 3D printing technology.

BUILT ON A SIMPLE IDEA.

Cross Constructs was built on a simple idea — construction can be done better. Founded by Daniel Tiller and co-founder Andrea Roten, and led operationally by Ryan McKinney, our team brings together hands-on construction experience, operational leadership, and a forward-thinking approach to solving one of today’s biggest challenges: attainable housing.

Daniel Tiller — Co-Founder, Cross Constructs

Daniel Tiller

Co-Founder & CEO

Daniel brings a unique background that combines construction experience with engineering support in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment focused on small arms ammunition manufacturing. Working in a high-precision, high-accountability setting, he developed a strong foundation in process improvement, quality control, and operational efficiency.

Today, that experience translates directly into how Cross Constructs approaches building — with a focus on precision, speed, and delivering consistent results at scale.

Andrea Roten — Co-Founder & COO, Cross Constructs

Andrea Roten

Co-Founder & COO

Andrea brings enterprise operations leadership across Walmart, Deloitte, Tyson Foods, and the Walton Family. As Co-Founder and COO, she builds the partnerships, teams, and operational systems that turn 3D-printed housing from a concept into communities.

Ryan McKinney — Head of Machine Operations, Cross Constructs

Ryan McKinney

Head of Machine Operations

Ryan brings 20+ years of experience spanning project management, technology operations, and large-team leadership. He has supervised teams of up to 100 personnel, building a track record of disciplined execution in complex operational environments.

As Head of Machine Operations, Ryan ensures that every deployment of ICON’s printing technology runs with precision, safety, and the efficiency that defines Cross Constructs’ approach to building.

ROOTED IN CONSTRUCTION.

Cross Constructs wasn’t born in a tech lab—it was born on the job site. Our founders bring decades of experience in traditional construction, real estate development, and large-scale project management.

Having managed builds across multiple states, we’ve seen first-hand the inefficiencies of traditional framing: rising material costs, labor shortages, and slow timelines. We didn’t just see a problem; we found the right technology partner to solve it.

SCALING ATTAINABLE HOUSING.

Our vision for Cross Constructs is clear: to become the premier builder and developer across the Midwest, powered by ICON’s industry-leading 3D printing technology as our technology partner.

By deploying ICON’s Titan printing system into the core of our development process, we are delivering housing that is not only faster and more affordable but also more durable and energy-efficient. We are building the infrastructure for the next generation of American communities.

OUR PRINCIPLES.

Site-First Approach

We build in the real world. ICON’s technology is hardened for the reality of the construction site, not the controlled environment of a factory.

Data-Driven Quality

Every layer is monitored and every structure is engineered to exceed traditional building codes for wind, fire, and durability.

Community Centric

We don’t just build structures; we build neighborhoods. Our projects are designed to foster connection and long-term stability.
